Deposits
Golden Bay Holiday Park requires a 50% deposit to secure your booking. This is especially important during peak times as at those times booking not secured with a deposit will be reassigned to someone else. If no deposit has been received, there is no guarantee that your accommodation will be available to you when you arrive. For Peak Season bookings (1 December to 28 February) deposits must be paid by 31st August (or at the time of booking if after that date). For Off Peak bookings, deposits must be paid 1 week before your arrival date. If booking online your deposit is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations
All cancellations incur a $15.00 administration fee. Cancellations up to 10 days before the booked date incur no fee apart from the administration fee. Thereafter the deposit may be retained and the total amount for the booked accommodation may be charged. Special conditions may apply to Group bookings.
Refunds
Golden Bay Holiday Park will not refund you if you choose to leave your holiday early. We are happy to review this in exceptional circumstances. If you arrive at Golden Bay Holiday Park and for some reason, immediately find your accommodation unsatisfactory, then please come to the office and we will refund you. No refund will be given if you have been required to leave the park due to innapropriate behaviour.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is between 2:00 pm and 7:00 pm (2:00 pm to 8.00 pm during peak season). Check out is by 10:00 am. Please contact us if you need to leave or arrive outside of these times and we’ll accommodate you if we are able.
