Speed
We have a lot of young children on the campsite. Please keep your speed on the campsite no more than walking pace.
Quiet time
Out of respect for your fellow campers, we ask for quiet between 10.00 pm and 7.00 am.
Parking
Please keep the roadways clear in case urgent access is needed by emergency vehicles. All your vehicles, tents, etc. should be within the confines of your site. There is plenty of overflow parking available at the rear of the campsite.
Powered sites
All caravans and campervans must have a current electrical warrant of fitness and comply with LPG Standard (NZS 5428:1996). If you are using power in your tent you must connect through an RCD safety shut-off device.
Dogs
Dogs are permitted by prior arrangement from February through to November and must be on a lead at all times. Dogs are NOT permitted on the site in the months of December and January.
Dogs are not permitted in the rooms
Visitors
During our peak season (December, January, and February), this camp is exclusively for paying guests only. At all other times, visitors are welcome in the park but must leave by 8:00 p.m. They should report to the office on arrival and park in the overflow parking area. Your visitors are your responsibility.
Wristbands
All guests 16 and over must wear a wristband whilst staying with us during peak season.
Behaviour
Reasonable behaviour is expected. Please do not consume liquor in the park except on your own site or accommodation unit. Excessive drinking and parties will not be accepted, and illegal drugs will not be tolerated at all. We ask that you be considerate of your fellow campers and the staff of the Park.
Fridges
Please ensure you place all your food items in a bag and write your name, site number and departure date on it. Fridge space is limited, and accessible to anyone (including children), so no alcohol in fridges, please. Any alcohol found in fridges will be removed.
Children
Parents and caregivers are responsible for their children’s behaviour.
Damage
Accidents do happen—if any breakage or damage occurs, please let the office know. The occupiers of the site or units may be responsible for any costs incurred.
