Golden Bay Holiday Park is on Tukurua Beach, 18 kilometres north of Takaka in the Collingwood direction. Heading out of Takaka, follow the signs toward Collingwood. When you reach the Mussel Inn, you are 3 kilometres from our turn-off. We are on Tukurua Road, which is on the right 400m after Upper Tukurua Road.
NOTE: The last kilometre to Golden Bay Holiday Park and Tukurua Beach is down a private road, and Google Maps will misdirect you.
From further away
Golden Bay is on the northwestern tip of the South Island of New Zealand.
From Picton follow signs first to Nelson, then to Motueka, then to Takaka. Allow about 4 hours in a campervan to get from the ferry to the campsite.
From the West Coast follow signs to Nelson until you reach Richmond, then turn left and follow signs to Motueka. From Motueka follow signs to Takaka.
